What is L.E.A.N?
L.E.A.N. is an acronym developed by Dr. William Sears to emphasize the "Four Pillars of Health".
L - Lifestyle (how we live)
E - Exercise (how we move)
A - Attitude (how we think)
N- Nutrition (how we eat)
Accessing these pillars through science-based nutrition programs such as L.E.A.N. Start and Prime-Time Health, will allow individuals to achieve an optimal level of wellness resulting in a longer life-span and improved quality of life!

L.E.A.N. Start is a program for parents and caregivers with focus on children ages 3-12.
Participants will learn:

Prime-Time Health is a program for adults and seniors.
Participants will learn how to:

Boost energy levels, reduce stress, sleep better and think sharper

Use good nutrition to help decrease pain and inflammation

Reduce the risk of cancer, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and arthritis
